Compiled of home videos sent in from around the globe by lesbian, gay, bisexual and/or transgender (LGBT) parents, Gayby Boom is a feature documentary exploring the ever-evolving definition of family.
Produced by IndyOuttes, LLC, Gayby Boom works in partnership with the Midwest Alternative Family Alliance (MAFA) of Kansas City and Kansas City’s Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts (KCVLAA)
Many LGBT families are simply unseen due to an assumption that everyone is heterosexual. Gayby Boom will give these individuals and families a unique platform to share their stories through an innovative and intimate form of storytelling.
The originality of this documentary comes through its global organic collaboration of voices.
